It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
WOW, check out my neighbors' house! They obviously LOVE those inflatable lawn decorations. It lights up the whole block at night (I posted 2 pictures to get the full effect!) Haha, I almost couldn't fit it all in one picture. But the kids love it because everyone who drives by has to stop.
Anyway, our Christmas tree is decorated-and holds my favorite ornament this year. Our stockings are hung, but not by the chimney (we don't have one) and Steve is a little worried how Santa is going to come :) I was going to work on some cute Christmas decorating projects I saw on HGTV, but they all take time and money and I've almost run out of both so I gave up. Maybe next year but I still think everything turned out so festive!Steve enjoying our Christmas Tree. You can totally tell. Love you Steven!
Our darling Christmas stockings made by Grandma Peggy.
Our Front Door Me by the tree. I had to take the picture myself because Steve was off Christmas shopping-hopefully for me.

Holiday Preparations
Wow I am excited for the Holidays! I just wish we could get some snow! (Yes Steve, I just said I want it to snow). Anyway, we are decorating our apartment, it's looking pretty festive. I have gotten some great and easy ideas from HGTV! We hung some outdoor Christmas lights yesterday-Steve did awesome! Even though I bought the crappy cord hooks he made it look great. I will have to post some pictures later. Well, I'm off to enjoy Christmas movies now...

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
So Steve and I had a pretty good Halloween. We were mostly excited about our costumes-Steve's was awesome! See if you can guess what we were? The best thing about his costume was the pipe. (Ok, the jacket was pretty sweet too) We bought some bubbles for Steve/Hugh, so he could blow bubbles all night-it was pretty cool. We went to a party at Shalee's house, and played games and ate delicious snacks-it was fun. And Shalee also told us we had one of the best costumes ever, thanks again Shalee!

L.A. CALIFORNIA
Wow, I have so much exciting news to post. I got back from my trip to LA and wanted to share how much fun I had. I went with my old roommates Ashlee and Shalee, unfortunately Steve had to stay home and go to school. We got to see the musical Wicked at the Pantages theatre on Hollywood Boulevard, which was SOOO good! I loved it! We also went to the Ellen Degeneres show. She was pretty awesome and she gave away these sweet sunglasses and pashmina scarves, that would have cost us $200! Anyway, we went to Chinatown and Santee Alley (which could be called Mexicotown) and got some cheap shopping done. I had lots of fun, here are some cool pictures!

6 Months!
So,exciting news! Steve and I have been married for 6 months! It has gone by SO fast, but we are still having so much fun. I think that's a good sign. Anyway, to celebrate, Steve took me out to dinner and the next day we went to the canyon to check out the fabulous fall foliage. While we were there, we found our perfect camping spot-we are going back with our tent...someday. Here are some pictures of us enjoying nature (and snacks).

Diabetes Walk
Aloha! So Steve and I participated our 3rd annual Diabetes Walk at Willow Park. We actually rode our bikes there from our house, which was an added bonus for me, I don't know how Steve felt about it. It was fun, a pretty easy stroll actually, and it was such a beautiful morning! The theme this year was" Say Ahola to the Cure", and at the finish line they awarded us with these fancy leis. Awesome! Support the cure for Diabetes!
